Our range for products for the Wire & cable industry include Triple Insulated Wires, basic and supplementary isolation wire products, TEFLON® UL AWM Styles and Single Insulated PVC styles. Our range also includes transformer and power supply with winding wire section for products designed to fulfill isolation requirements for IEC 60950, IEC 61558, and IEC 60601 with temperature capacity up to 260C.
Insulated wires are available in sizes from 40 AWG (.0762mm) to 6 AWG. Thin wall thickness or high voltage products offered for various applications. Insulation options include Teflon, Tefzel, PVC, Medical PVC, PPL, PE, Foam PE, XL PE, Kynar and Nylon. Insulations also applied on a toll basis. Custom Insulated Wires and Custom Cables requirements are welcome, and we design and meet your requirements.

Our conductor materials (Sold/Stranded) are available in Tin plated copper, Silver plated copper, bare copper, silver alloys, nickel plated/clad copper, nickel alloys, Copperweld, Tin cad bronze, Aluminium materials. The Shields available include Aluminium Mylar, Tinned copper, Bare copper and silver plated copper, whereas fillers include polyethylene, polypropylene, FEP and ETFE.
The primary insulation materials are made of ETFE TEFZEL®, FEP TEFLON®, PFA TEFLON®, PVC, Polythylene, Foam PE, Hytrel, Glass, Semi-Conductive PE, Surlyn, Polyprolylene and Kynar. Also, our jacketing materials cover the areas of ETFE TEFZEL®, FEP TEFLON®, HYTREL®, Nylon, PFA TEFLON®, Polyurethane, PVC and weatherproof Polyethylene.
