The WT 1200 is a heavy duty floor standing coil winding machine and suitable for the production of large size coils and transformers. It is made of high quality iron framework and robust mechanical parts. The main spindle is driven by a 7.5KW 3-phase motor and fitted with a 2step pulley for change of torque and speeds. Optionally a 4-step gear box can be fitted to give a large range of torques and speeds. The wire guide carriage has been constructed using a precision ball screw and is mounted on steel bar with linear slide rails and bearing guides. It is controlled by a servo motor and encoder thus provides high performance and exact movements of the wire guide. The WT 1200 can be supplied with a PLC controller for usual winding jobs or a PC control system for sophisticated applications.
